Apparently, organisers found out that over the weekend scaffolding had been erected on a narrow part of the course around 08:30 on Sunday and had to reroute as a result for health & safety reasons. It appears scaffolders ignored organisers plees.

I am experiencing an annoying knee pain after my run.

It never hurst whilst running but afterwards climbing or descending the stairs is painful. Went to the GP a few months ago and was refered to a Physio. Unfortunately, this was with the Physio that looks after all the older people and her advice was stop running!!!!!

The pain is under the knee cap and either side, but doesn't bother me when running.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
