| Have had this before but this was pre my taking up running so was curious regarding the experience of other runners. |

| That is exactly how I feel and I have a week's holiday next week prior to starting a new job on 8th October. |

How long should I stay off training with labyrinthitis? Feeling pretty awful with this and am off to see the ENT consultant this pm but was wondering if any one out there had suffered from this and what their experience was? I have pulled out the GNR and am feeling pretty frustrated and low and not being able to train for long(?) periods is very demoralising for me. All help will be gratefully received. RB |

Morning all Due to unforseen circumstances my husband and I are no longer able to participate in Sunday's run of the GNR and we each have 4 pasta party tickets going spare - so if you or anyone you know requires any more please let me know and I will post them off to you. Best of luck to those who are running on Sunday. RB |
