Sounds like some great racing going on today.

Seejay, jo seems to have her mojo back now, she has picked up the pace and ran 8 today, the first 10k was faster than what she achieved at bristol in 2012 And far faster than anything she achieved during marathon cut raining.

Seejay well done, still a fantastic time in those condtions even without all the issues you suffered along the way. 

All, thanks for your concern, Mrs LBB is recovering although still quite emotional if we discuss the VLM letters.  She has had so many positive comments from everyone she has met in person and online and unfortunately she is the only one who doesn't understand the magnitude of her achievements.  She is going to start exercising again on Sunday with either a short run or an hours bootcamp.
