Hey everyone, not posted on RW for a while but here goes:

22 years old, male. I've just started taking SSRI's a couple of weeks ago due to a bout of depression thats lasted for a few months now. Got an appointment with my GP in a couple of weeks to get some more.

I've researched a bit about CBT, and there's been a bit about it on here but I've only looked back at the last 10 pages or so, has anyone done it? What does it involved and did it help a lot?

I haven't run for about 6 months now, it's so difficult to get motivated to run when all you want to do is get into bed and try and forget about the world! How do you depressed guys motivate yourselves to run? How much has it helped with your depression?

Anyway hope to chat to more peeps soon

I have had a mini cash ISA for about 6 years now. I'm gonna be putting the £3000 maximum in for this tax year very soon, so my question is this...

Can I open a second cash ISA this FY and put £3000 in that as well? I was thinking because my old ISA was opened before the start of this FY, it would be OK?
