I've got a new fenix 3 that I've been using for a few months. It's,detected my LT but it is slowly dropping from 159bpm to currently 155bpm on a max HR of 177. I think I a doing some above LT stuff and I think I'm getting fitter and faster but the data suggests otherwise. Any ideas, help or suggestions?
I will probably be wearing my pirate kit, but if not the perth tri kit is pretty distinctive too. Give us a shout if you see us about. I like the pirate kit but lets just say mine probably classes as "vintage" and I may be a little heavier.
