I don't really read blogs, one or two perhaps. I rarely go on forums - first time on here in a zillion years this week.

Facebook and Twitter are my main thing. FB for friends and acquaintances plus I have a business page. Twitter is mainly biz related plus some inane ramblings and random conversations - although I have made friends via Twitter. Email is becoming the slowest form of communication I think. If I know someone is on FB I'll msg them.

Phone is making a comeback I reckon, but a lot of time I use text. I often talk to my Mum on Skype.

Tom, good advice from Max's mum particularly the consideration as to 'running off centre'.

My suggestion is to get some treatment from a Bowen therapist - they will do some work around your pelvis, knees and also ankles - a lot of what goes on further up can actually be an ankle issue (perhaps due to old injury). Conversely, it may be also be coming from further up, ie right shoulder. It's very much look holistically at you and your body.

She should be able to just look at your pelvis to ascertain an imbalance.

I'm a Bowen Technique practitioner and when I see runners I'll do some work on their pelvis (most of us have some misalignment) and also sacrum. Generally sorts the problem.
