I have had to defer my place due to injury and already have my rail tickets. I would be too gutted to go down and watch so if anyone would like return tickets (travel down sat morn and back Sun eve) from darlington to kings cross, or could get on at any stops in between, then let me know.
I am training for FLM and developed a calf muscle/tibia injury. My physio has said I can pool run but to keep off the road for a while. I have been 3 times now and can't seem to find the best way. Does anyone know which is the best option, running at chest height on the bottom of the pool, or in the deep end using a floatation device?
