OS - still working on the GB vest, only England vests in my wardrobe! (that's why I'm running silly distances these days - I think it's my only chance!)
Cheers PP nice to actually feel okay at Reading to be honest, been in a bit of a lull recently so even though not close to PB it was good to feel quite strong for a change. Spoke to all your chaps afterwards - JG is looking awesome at the mo and I'm well jealous of your clubmates Chris who looks like he has pocketed £500 for first V40, four more months and it would have been all mine......mine I tell ya
DrD - was planning on having a chat with you after lytchett to try and persuade you to join BAC ;-) but as you probably noticed I was having a shit day at the office and my thoughts were elsewhere! good work by yourself though, you are running well at the mo!
CW - my target marathon was meant to be Seville tomorrow but I'm "a bit shit" at the moment so I bailed on it. Can't quite work out why it's not coming together as training is roughly where it should be - hopefully will be back on track soon. Plan now is to be the unofficial sub 2:30 pacer at VLM as previously planned and then 3 weeks later I have the UK 100KM champs which is the main target. (Representing England in the Anglo-Celtic plate team competition)
