As for the 82 year old a prime example of us all being an experiment of one. But remember one of the coaches at my now ex club said to me after I did 4 races in 3 days he wouldn't of advised me to do that. (I wouldn't of either)
yeah run walk is good for me esp when I've had a break good for building up the miles without wrecking your body
