good to see you;re still around. So far, one run for me - about 3 miles with the new dog. Knee still wrecked and don't think it'll ever get better but it won't stop me running. Football was great thanks Tony - we won the tournament so got lots of champagne and a lovely trophy.
Trying to get myself in a half marathon this year but fitting it in around holidays and work is proving difficult, but I have booked myself into the cabbage patch 10miler in October (Twickenham/Richmond way). Anyone want to join me and say hi?
Hey Shmaggle, really sorry to hear about your dad but so pleased that you got to do the marathon in time for him to see your medal, well done you
Still resting my knee so no plans for running just yet . . . like everyone else, can't believe I ran 26.2 miles!! Got a charity football tournament on Friday at the Emirates so that'll be interesting in terms of fitness and injuries - hope it all holds up
