I have been away for the past 6 months digging sand out of everywhere, and now I am back in the land of scrumpy and pasties, first early run since being back. It's raining a bit, but that kep me cool. Did 4 miles, and then off to work and maybe a surf in the afternoon.

hmmmmmm..........is it wrong to want to know the amounts charities want? no, a gold bond place is nice, and the charities are all worth while, but no its okay to know who has the lower amount, and how much that is. say for instance you live in a small village, and loads of the people are retired and on a fixed income, wouldnt you expect to raise less than someone living in London, in a busy area of people working full time.....yes, you would.

i say find a charity who has a lower amount needed, and help them.
