Ryde 10 today, very cold at start and sand blasted by the wind blown beach coming up onto the road. Good run, met with another runner I havent seen for ages and spent 10 miles nattering. Was the plan to run nice and slow and see if the ankle holds up, and it did. Never been so happy with a 1:28 ten miler, its about 20 mins slower than normal, but I felt so good all the way round it was worth it.
Thats a 35 mile week under my belt, and I still feel good. Things maybe looking up.
