Hi all,

I've completely wrecked my knee training for the Paris Marathon (15th April). If anyone would like to take on my place, please let me know. All I'm after is the cast of the place (90 Euros).

Best,

Ed

BIG Thumbs up to Sweatshop. Had a good chat with the sales team and got lots of good info and advice. Also got a pair of New Balance 1050's, they feel dreamy.

kia ora,

Don't worry about it, we can plod together at the back of the field. This is going to be my first ever race too. Training starts tomorrow for me.
You'll be amazed at how fast you get better. I looked at the schedules on here, and then kinda tailored them to how I was progressing. But fronkly it all comes down to a bit of determination.
I started out about 6 weeks ago having never run (except when chased) and after a month I was really getting there. My target was 50 minutes fo 10k.. trouble is I've had a sh1ty chest infection for a couple of weeks, so I;ve got to start again. Boo Hiss.

If a pieboy like me can do it. Any one can
