sorry that was wrong - it's EITHER extra 10% off sale prices OR free delivery so if you're spending more than £40 the 10% is better value.

rozee - there's nothing in your public profile so I can't email you! can you email me (from my public profile!) details of the Nottingham event. there are three of us wanting to do a tri so that sounds like a good starter event. cheers.

rozee - would love to have tried your try a tri but unfortunately it's the same date as the twins' 5th birthday (and our wedding anniversary). have you got any other trials this summer?

saw your photo on the marathon website - I would definitely have recognised if I'd seen you!

Samantha, I finished in 4hr36. really enjoyed most of the experience but had a horrible slump between 16-20. ran all the way although I must have stopped for about 10mins chatting to friends and family on the way round. considering I hadn't fully recovered from the viral infection I didn't do too badly but somehow feel disappointed with the time! I had a day at the Sanctuary today to recover so had lots of time to think and I'm now thinking that if I get a ballot place and I can find someone to run with then I'm considering doing FLM again next year - I'm supposed to be doing a triathlon with a friend in August so maybe I'll feel differently after that!

agree that we should have had irremovable smileys and made better plans to meet up but hindsight's a wonderful thing! it was great that a few of you made contact and got to run with each other for a bit.

forgot to say well done to rozee - you must be well chuffed with your time and not having to think about doing another one now!
