Just to echo what everyone has already said, great event, well organised and thoroughly enjoyable even though alot of you have lied on here................................... That course was Tough Even though i ran 73 minutes, that had to be the hardest course ive ever ran on, blimey those hills were a killer, it certainly wasnt a course for times,so to all you guys who ran well and really pleased with your performances, big congratulations to you and keep training hard because if you ran a flat 10mile or half marathon, you'd be surprised just how fast you'd run, Congratulations lynton |

| He wont like to be mentioned but the runner who stopped was Sam Rigby of Folkestone Rc who stopped to give mouth to mouth and assistance to the Jogger even though he was in the top 5 and running strong.Extremely commendale mate!!!!!!!!! |

Hiya Micksta - It looks like a healthy race with really good pb potential so im not blowing my own trumpet yet but im hoping to pull something special out of the bag.
Ive entered for the 3k on monday, should be a good race with some strong competetion which will pull us around, see you on monday micksta |
