I wouldn't bother with trailies unless the paths are a quagmire. Well not up to Heart of England anyway which is where my race ended in 2009
yes i am down to do it, haven't done enough training and am coming down with my 6-monthly chest infection so should be fun!
are you still doing the grizzly?
In one of the villages the race goes through, residents are not currently able to flush their toilets, as their 'output' comes straight up into the gardens.
A great last edition, many thanks to Henk and his merry band of helpers.
Had to drop after 3 laps of the 50 due to knee pain, one of the marshals told me I had to take a penalty for dropping out, I was disappointed it wasn't a shot!
So after 4 entries into various distances I completed 10 laps in total, finished the 30 once and failed to finish the 50 all three times I entered it.
Whatever happened, I loved every single lap, Caesars Camp is a great place to run, and the loop has fantastic variety and challenge.
A race I will miss very much!
