I fly into Miami, down to the Florida keys then on to Jacksonville on the NE coast... as of tomorrow I am 43rd in line to the throne (or so the Yanks will be told!)

i don't watch SaTC so have no idea of the characters, hope i've not offended you mouse

just a few hours till i'm leaving work and then going on holiday

ps Mouse - here are my rules about speed sessions, be advised they are copyright of the Chav

1. Run as fast as you can uphill for 1/2 mile
2. Run as fast as you can during the last few miles of a regular run
3. Only do them when you have forgotten how much the last one hurt
