Hi....

The training/running heart rate also seems to be a factor. If you are close to the endurance range rather than aerobic, weight loss is very limited....that's what I found.

Hi runners,

I normally run the 80% of Max Heart rate threshold (9 min/mile). Is there a way to improve this to around 65% of the max heart rate, keeping the same pace. Any fitness improvement advice would be great.

thanks,

d
