And so the list gets one bigger, am coming to terms with having to defer myself. two bouts of man flu and a violent case of a gastro bug has done for me. Not going to have got the miles in. Hotel booked and flight paid for, guess Mrs BFB will be on for a better shopping experience than she thought.  Twill be hell watching on the mall instead of finishing..........

Ours is nice and simple, i sort it by asking who wants a place and if there are more than the number of places we have names are drawn with those successful the previous year not eligable if others want to take up the challenge.

 By the way anyone got their confirmation through yet?????????

an hour and and a half this morning an felt great for the first time in yonks. club run tomorrow and then a few we leg stretches during the week and that will be that, all that will remain will be 26 and a bit miles..................

if anyone needs anything collecting email me as i am only travelling south from belfast on sunday and will be checking emails till last thing on sat. can arrange to meet to do handovers.

Seamus, not seen you in ages, hope to bump iinto you at some stage, only an occasional forumite these days, only spare time is spent trying to train and watching rugby matches with mini me's.

final long run tomorrow then will try and taper, probably wont work as still find it hard to hang up the shoes.........

 Good luck to the rest of you, will be the one in the yellow vest with blue diagonal stripe, have you done the what is everone wearing bit yet????????????
