Welcome back - your appearances on here are even more infrequent than mine!
Congratulations on your becoming a granny.
I hate this hot weather -I find it so tiring and impossible to exercise with these temperatures. Have an appointment to see my G P in three weeks to see if there is anything that can be done to make me sweat!
I am no longer from Worthing- the commute was too long and my wife's health is very iffy so I have moved near to work so I can pop home at lunchtime to check on her.
We're in the country so I'm going to have to buy a head lamp for the autumn - anybody have any recommendations?
I have problems with temperature control - a few years ago for no apparent reason I stopped sweating. when it get much above 60F I can't keep cool enough and I cannot go out in the sun in summer -have to hide in the shade.
If anybody has any ideas how i can start swrating again I'll be pleased to hear from them.
Our cashier at work is going to Athens in October with her daughter to support her son-in-law who is running the Spartathlon - he qualified by winning the Grand Union Canal race -143 miles in less than 30 hours. I can't imagine the amount of training this needs.
Well done Slowkoala on your win in front of your son.
