Mike

I ran 2h59m last year and I want to go faster. I've entered a 20 mile run this Sunday. It's 5 weeks before FLM. Is it too close to the big day? Should I race it or try to take it easy?

How is the weather? Bit concerned by looking at the Met Office website. Will Sunday be ok?

Been watching for a while and I have not posted. Getting back into running after per-Xmas injury and preparing for FLM.

Got my mileage up to 50 per week. Looking at what some of you are doing I feel pathetic.

For the first time I've done 3 track sessions in jan with my club. Never done any intervals before.

Hoping to repeat last years sub-3 at FLM. I've just entered Stamford 30k as a test. I'll try to get around in sub 3 pace.

Going to try and push my mileage to 60 pw by end of month. Only can get out on 5 days per week at present. But managed to do one long run (18+) every week this year.

ES

Any chance of me getting in the race at the last minute? Ran last year but only just got back in England after overseas tour.
