Sorry folks wasn't able to get back until now. Lots of lives to save you know (not)! Yes I only got to do it as someone I know was ill & I hadn't heard about it before. However, we did it even though we would have been better with a snokel & flippers it was so wet Good organisation & my hats off to the marshall who were wetter than we were. Going to find the results now.
Has anyone got/tried the new Nike pedometer that fits in the shoe & can be downloaded to the iPod? I understand it is about £25 or £79 if you go for the new shoes with it in. Is it any good? I find the monitors too difficult to programme & then I cannot see them as I don't run in my reading specs! Thought this might be an easier way to monitor progrers ( or should I say, deterioration!)
