I've not posted for ages and ages now. Am still running but have found motivation a little difficult in the last month - problem is, it shows round the waistline too!!
Speedy - I did look out for you but still didn't manage to spot the orange tech vest. I was wearing my Ladies Wot Run t-shirt but then so were all 8 of us from the group..
I did the Chester round the walls race a couple of years ago but it was so icy we had to run round the racecourse - not the same and it put me off a bit - especially as I was second to last. Maybe I'll do it again this year.
Agree with wearing something to identify forumites..
