Hi folks,
just popping in to wish everyone running VLM the very best of luck and don't be sh*te.
Not been on here much lately but have lurked a few times and have been very impressed with the steady improvement of this thread.
To say I am a bit gutted in not running London this year, is a major understatement, but will look forward to next year all the more.
Take care all and most of all enjoy... |

Hi folks,
Returned from an unexpected work trip to Toulouse over their weekend, so after being away for 28 day's been busy getting reacquainted with the family!
Plenty of superb performance's being posted and loads of good quality long runs too.
Gul has summed the weekends runs up nicely so cheese for that, nice reps too, could you have finisished the last three reps at the the earlier pace? Still agree with others time to adjust the predicted 10k time...
Unfortunately I will not be running London this year, with limited training lately, work and my ITB knee problem earlier this year I have lost too much time, so will look at an Autumn Marathon somewhere.Hope to see some of you next year.
Oh sorry to the CCSTF team for my absence.
Good to see so many running really well, keep up the good work and the very best of luck to you all. |

Minni tragic and very sad news, so sorry for you and your family.
TR. sounds like your suffering with a similar injury to me, I have been ticking over the past week, no speed work just plodding.Hoping things will get back to normal and I can start increasing the mileage again...gently, take care.
Ant. Have faith, looks sounds like you have a very good base, the icing will come later!
Fingers. Well done for fitting in the runs in a hectic week.
5m in chilly conditions and not fast but knee still reminding me to take it easy. |
