Well went for a run today got absolutely soaked !!  but felt very pleased with myself after....... when I eventually dried out and warmed up !  Is this really June ??

Siony, was watching trooping the colour today on telly with my mum, and she said ' you will be running down there again next year ' eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek !!  Brilliant news that you are pain free .. Yeah !!  x
