Bout time they stopped the cheating   Not running too much at the moment, lots of work and bloody knackered. I seem to have three jobs at the moment - one at the childrens home that includes 13-hour shifts and getting home at midnight, one doing admin for a small charity (that I hope will go full-time working from home) and I'm also helping out a friend who has his own removal business. Jobs seem to be like buses!

Brilliant time TR - you bugger! Now I will have to do it again. But it is a great race - bloody hard but great to do. And its excellent training for London of course.

Getting back into my running but I havent done anything further than 10M for ages. All training runs as I cant do any more races until I get a job. But I've had an interview for one in Exeter and I'm visiting the place tomorrow to meet the staff and see how we get on. So who knows?

If you want to excuse those who dont pay what they should to help out the whole country, thats up to you of course. But Im not going to change your mind nor will you change mine so prob not worth continuing this.
