Good luck pirates! Enjoy.

I've been lurking a bit and post on the US forums nowadays: I'm also 7 months preggers so not racing much at the moment! I'll look forward to reading the race reports.

Morning,

great racing and report Sharkie - sounds like you deserve a good rest now.

TT <thud>

Hi Robert Bruce.

What: 5 with middle 3 pushed a bit
Why: schedule

Good runnings all.

Hello all,

Haven't been around since I hadn't run until today after going tits up on Tuesday, and I've been <whispers> checking out the US site too. Anyway, I will head off in a minute and put the tv on and see if they are showing any of the athletics. That would be nice!

What: 10 miles 'easy' d&d in 75F heat and 99% humidity
Why: I don't know!! It's like breathing soup out there. The heat wasn't so bad this morning but the humidity nearly finished me off.
Lyrics: no idea but I think I am going to be bodacious today.

Good runnings all!

Morning all,

great pics Sharkie - you look like you are flying!

DesRes, wow, I'm glad I don't have to do TM maintenance.

NZC, lovely to see you - plans for the autumn? Well, I suppose it's the Spring for you...

TT, the bruises were all gone but there's a little bit of the discolouration from blood pooling left. Oh well, onwards and upwards.

What: 5M easy IF my knees feel ok; if not a long walk I think
Why: see yesterday

I actually don't feel the scrapes and cuts too much; rather I feel as though I have been beaten all over. My stomach muscles are really sore - must have pulled something while I was diving through the air.

Good runnings all.
