Why do races ban wetsuits? Entered IMFrance next year but will be in bother if they ban wet suits?

Fb....next year was always the plan. I have a feeling you are lincolnshire based...surely you don't sea swim at Skegness???

Any suggests as to which IM would be a good first timer?
