Guys don't forget the importance of ones diet. It's a simple equation. Calories in must be less than calories burnt for weight loss (fat loss) to happen. Fat loss is 85% diet, 15% exercise. You see these fat guys at gyms all the time, who think because they go to gym for an hour they can eat and drink what they like. But yet can't understand why they still obese. Must be my metabolism/genes. Yeah right !!
