I'll leave the advice on where to start to others who know more than I do, but I found my asthma improved massively as I started to get fitter. It was a struggle at first, but having got fit enough to run a half marathon, I now find I use the ventolin inhaler maybe once a week at most and don't find my asthma holds me back at all.
Spelling and grammar for me as well. Apart from being a general bugbear, I think it says a lot about a person if they don't go to the effort to make sure their CV is spelt correctly with apostrophes in the right places.
I did Slimming World while running a couple of years back and found the weight dropped off. The good thing about Slimming World was that I could still eat plenty without worrying about the quantity but it was lots of the right stuff and I was never hungry.
It's something I've been doing for years. I've had numerous attempts at stopping through willpower which have always failed, normally when I'm watching football and the nerves get too much for me. Currently trying Stop and Grow which is painted onto the nails and is colourless and odourless but tastes foul. It's working so far.
