Just subscribed to the RW magazine but was frustrated by the several attempts at catching me out to let them bombard me with spam. Half way down the page was the first attempt with tickboxes where you have to tick some and not others for whether you want to receive their fabulous offers and then third parties' fabulous offers, and then they had another go at the bottom of the page by repeating the tickboxes but tweaking the wording so you have to tick the opposite boxes.
Is permission to spam my email address really so valuable to them?
I'll leave the advice on where to start to others who know more than I do, but I found my asthma improved massively as I started to get fitter. It was a struggle at first, but having got fit enough to run a half marathon, I now find I use the ventolin inhaler maybe once a week at most and don't find my asthma holds me back at all.
Spelling and grammar for me as well. Apart from being a general bugbear, I think it says a lot about a person if they don't go to the effort to make sure their CV is spelt correctly with apostrophes in the right places.
I did Slimming World while running a couple of years back and found the weight dropped off. The good thing about Slimming World was that I could still eat plenty without worrying about the quantity but it was lots of the right stuff and I was never hungry.
