Nuts. I spoke to my husband and at the moment unless it was a deal with the trainer I dont think we can afford it as it doesnt look like I got that job (knew they didnt like me!). I think your best bet may be ebay, they have a few treadmills on line and they seem to be selling quite well. Good luck.

Ive never really thought of a price for it, it was a present 2 years ago. But yeah OK, I'll have a word with the husband.
The Eliptical Trainer is a Guthy-Rekner Fitness Flyer. Once it had a little attachment that measured calories burnt, until my husband dismantled it and misplaced said piece. Other than that its in good working order, noisy and a bit squeaky till you get it into a rhythm. There was a video came with it, its.........somewhere :o)

Donaldo, i think mercury's idea may be a goodie.
I was hoping it could be the first purchase of my new job, but i went to the interview and I rekon I died a death (you know those interviews when 5 mins into it you just know they dont like you....)
I'll try sweet talking my employed husband.
By the end of the week i will know about the cash situation.
I'll keep an eye on the thread and let you know.
(Dont suppose you fancy swaping it for an eliptical trainer which is sitting UN-discreetly in some long forgotten, dusty corner of the Highlands,...our spare room, :o)............)
