Sorry to hear thet Beetle, however I have missed out on 2 marathons in the last 2 years due to injury, so I do know how you may be feeling. It is annoying but look forwards to what you can do in the future. On both I still went and supported friends that were running. I flew home with no aches so that was a bonus.
The tea is great, made black with honey and warm. I first had it in Berlin 6 years ago and now use it on my long runs. Took a gamble that first year drinking it on the day but as its natural it worked well for me.
