the results are here if anyone is looking... http://www.theresults.co.uk/theresults/Results/2008/Running/081102_Marlow_Half_Marathon.pdf fabulous event, I enjoyed every second of the pain. Dear supporters near the end. Yes, I know "it's all down from here" but really my legs hurt so much I didn't want down, I wanted flat. In fact the ups seemed less painfull than the downs. |

Wow, just been round the route on my bike. Ouch, this will hurt. Here's my summary..... Long up, steep little down, steep little up, long up,steep long down, gentle flat (sightly down but you won't notice), steep up, long flat mainly up, steep down, steep up, long down to finish. I'm sure this helps 'm gonna suffer. If it rains and the wind blows it'll be a classic to remember. Bring it on. |

| I enjoyed todays event. It was my first race here and I was kinda looking forward to the exposed course being seriously grim as the forcast predicted strong winds and horizontal rain, but it turn out pretty good this morning. I'll be back next year. Great organistion, no probs except I was a few seconds late to the start. |
