Hi- I did it today as well. No idea about whether proper length but I took 5 minutes longer than normal! I also missed a lot of the km markers but I think they were there as I noticed some in the car when driving home that I missed on the way around route. I enjoyed the run.

Hi- I've not been on this site for ages...good to see all still so active. I did the paisley 10K today which was a good run, glasgow 1/2 next week and I know it's going to kill! I've got out of training- amazing how fast you lose it...I did the Edin marathon in June (slowly) and then moved job and house and been so busy only been managing to get out running 1-2 times week. The 10K today I found harder than the marathon!

Hi- this is a query about sore sides/rib area. My bloke came a small run with me at weekend and he gets really sore sides afterwards and says are tender to touch. Anyone know what could cause that. He doesn't regularly run so could it be lack training/fitness?
