Hi sorry to jump in with my problems not used this site in a long time!!

I suffer from groin problems had it now for 5 years not run much over the last 2-3 years as the pain gets too much.I now live in oz and have been to docs, physios and all sorts but never been fixed and always something else never the same thing when they look at it.

I get more pain starting from groin onto my right thigh and can be very sore from the first min jogging.

When i run on roads and flat straight line it hurts more better when i run up hills sore running down them.I can even get very sore just going for a walk.I belive its osteitis pubis so did a sports doc in falkirk before i came over to oz .This year i took 6months off with no running but soon as i started again back it came.My wife told me a few weeks ago to go see a osteopath but i have given up hope of running again could you tell me more Anjelicals if my problem sounds the same.I have been told to give up soo many times but keep trying i loved running and races it was my life for 18 years till this happened now im lost.

Anyone else with any help or info please post thanks hillwalker now.

Hi Cara i had a bad knee probem and the thing that helped me was gel cushion heel pads.

Did you change shoes or do you need to change shoes work with 2 pairs so it gives cushion time to come back up after running in them. Also try only grass for a bit help knee from impact.

Hope this helps.

I have been to loads of physios in scotland and here in perth w.a and still cant get better.

I have now lost all hope and mojo for running now pretty bad for someone that used to run 7 days a week i wonder how i got it  .Best of luck sol keep at it you will get better then tell me how.
