hi i had this for a few months in both calves.Did the r.i.c.e but eventually had physio and they found the knots and lumps . i then learned how to massage them myself so i keep them fairly loose now. I always put a heat rub on before i start a run. I also used dog oil a massage oil from herbalists steve
hi, ive been running for about a month now after getting over calf injuries. thankfully the calves are ok but i have to stop every 5 mins because of a pain at the lower spine. it seems to come on quicker when im running up hill. thanks steve
when im running i get pains in my calf muscles it tends to come on after 25 minutes. I know i have scar tissue from old injuries but the pain feels like cramp. Any remedies ?
