I have had a liik at the web site and cannot see anything about the £50 - where does it say this ? Im happy to make a donation but £50 is too much for me .
there are now 2 points where it is closed - one at Barnes railway bridge which is ealsily manageable and one nearer Kew bridge which is not so easy. Good luck and a reccy run is a good idea.
Hello SW16 my name is Andy Bowen + I run for West 4 harriers . I run along the river on a regular basis and our club 10 mile race uses the path . I wanted to make sure that you are aware that the tow path is closed close to Kew bridge due to maintanence. We may have issues with our race but as it is later than yours it may all be complete by then (unlikely though) . As yours is not an actual race you will be more comfortable with a small detour I would expect , but at least you know.
