Hi, hope all the rest/treatment gets those sufferers to the start line feeling ok and up for a good run.....i nursed a twinged hammy around Trimpell 20 on sunday and after a much needed rest, i am back jogging again and feeling ok......

Did you do the breckie run nails last year, or anyone else....?...picking up the number on friday afternoon so will we get in or will it be full by then?.....

Hi everyone......i'll echo that this is a good thread as first time i've been on....

I am another out for the sub3....but feeling anxious about it now....did a 1.20.55 half early jan and done 20-23 miles 6 or 7  times but always dead even at 7.30/mile pace....hopefully the taper will freshen that up.....

hope everyone stays injury free and maybe catch a chat along the way round....

 (cue spanish for good luck)
