Hi I have just entered the Great South Run which gives me 23 days to train. I am pretty fit and run approx 20miles per week up until the last two weeks where I have only been out once for a 6mile run. I have never raced 10 miles before, plenty of 10k races, just wondered if anyone had any tips or training ideas for the next 23 days.
Hi got all of the above except for fast race times and working on those. I disagree with you JFB I perhaps am one of a lucky few have experienced true love with my husband. We met 13 years ago and basically know each other inside out, we often know what the other is thinking which I must say is quite sad! We have been through the toughest of times which if you do get through them makes you appreciate each other so much more. We have 2 beautiful children and we both have a flourishing career. Now I just need to work on those race times
