Thanks for that guys, some people seem to go round clockwise but I shall not be moving out of their way anymore then

Hi everyone, I am just wondering if there is a right way round hyde park ie clockwise or anti clockwise? I used to run in central park and people seemed to have the common sense to run the same way but it does seem a bit random in the hyde park circuit.

Oh really it's that far in advance? Well I will forget about trying to qualify in September then.

I was supposed to get the gfa time yesterday but when your body decides to fail you what can you do?

Thanks for the advice
