Well done to you all. Does anyone know where the results are posted please? It was strange there was no water on route! Felt sorry for anyone not taking their own-quite dangerous on a hot day! |

Hi and well done everyone. I got 3.11 so was pleased. Marshalling very enthusiastic so thanks. Also thanks to all competitors as there were some really friendly people. Finish line very dissapoointing and cramped. Wasn't sure where the end was and timers seemed confused too. Not too sure either where the entry money goes to. Water free and a mars bar and quite plain t-shirt seems not alot for all that effort. Sponsors probably hard to get in this climate? Friendliness makes up for it, but I thought it was a bit expensive, as there was no policing etc or road closures. Congratulations to all and good luck to those doing London. |

Thanks guys good advice. Reassuring when you have others to keep you right. Smartcoach is good but we have to be adaptable too! Happy running to all |

Hi advice please? Training for London Marathon. Following smartcoach programme which is going well. Did first 20miler yesterday. From tomorrow supposed to be 8mile Wed 8mile Sat 7mile. I have miscalculated the run date as the week before, on my finish date! How shall I best adjust the schedule please? Thanks |
