Plippety Plop.   I can't do that weekend. I'm glad we can have a refund though...means I'll be able to afford it for the one at the end of the year.

I'm running the Bramley 10miler in the morning. I'm single, so maybe I should see if I can find some mistletoe & chase some men!!!

I'm doing this one. First time for me, so hoping it'll be like the Hellrunner!

Emma, I bought trabucos for the Grim yesterday.

I usually run in a size 5 Asics Gel Nimbus road shoe (which I admit is abit snug, but ok in general & I have run a marathon in them with no probs...I think my toes are too long...), but, the trabuco size 5's are too small.

My feet are a mess! Blisters & blood & gore everywhere! Not nice. Def go for a half size up from what you normally wear. I cant wear mine again for running now. (Luckily I got last seasons for less than £40 though)

However, that aside, they are a good shoe, i didnt slip once & I felt sturdy & safe in them. Supported & protected from rocks etc. (She says smothered in savlon & plasters! )

I really struggled with this! I thought the Hellrunner was easier! Prob coz the water was sooo cold & everywhere! Loved the sand bog though!

Also, wore my new trail shoes & have ripped my feet to shreds! They are apparantly too small! I got to the end & theres blood everywhere! nice! My heels are shredded & ive popped the end of my big toe. the other big tioenail has a blood blister under it, as has the middle toe. Ive also pulled my thigh! Disaster!

Loved the t-shirt though! Did it in 1hr19, so not too short from the 1hr 15 I wanted.
