Hi, Hopefully someone can help me. I'm looking for socks which can fill my requirements, I have size 12 very wide feet and I have a 6 hour trail race coming up so i'll need plenty of cushioning, has anyone got any suggestions as to the best ones to buy. Thanks, |

See you in Lichfield GE, ran it since it's birth (2 years) so want to run every year, course is flat for the majority apart from slight uphill from 1-3 miles, but nothing to worry about, looks like i'll be chasing you after your Bath half pb. Great news on the job mcs. Great results from Mr Palmer, i decided to stear clear of Ashby 20 this year, but i must say it is a good race. |

mcs, sorry to hear about the job, hope you find a new one soon mate.
Philby, it's ok mate, don't panic, I know it's the best pb that takes the moolar, not the first to a sub 1.30, I can only dream of that. |

| Caz, you predict how many runs you do each week and then log them and you get points for each run, then in Feb you do the same AND predict your miles for your LSD run each week, then in Mar you do all the same plus choose a distance and time to run said distance, as I said very motivating. It's only for fun, no prizes but you can join a team, I'm a Conkers parkrunner, and help your team in some friendly rivalry, ours is against Colwick Parkrun. |
