3 more days of work for me and finding it hard to concentrate, really dont want to be here! Oh well, is only 3 days.
Bike is being serviced back Tuesday evening. Quick test ride and then in the box it goes. Very excited now but do have a injury worry, a tweaked hamstring on my last long run. Last test was stopped as too uncomfertable so from now on it s liberal does of ice, neurofen, Ibeluve and finger crossing!
Gyraffe - My experience is limited (only one previous IM) and my swimming is pants so not the best person to offer advise in this area but I'd say no, certainly not as much as the bike and run. I plan to do a couple of loops of Thorpe tomorrow, someting similar the next week and then maybe a 2k with a week to go and some pool sessions at the club inbetween.
I dont actually follow a training schedule as such, just make it up as I go along
