I have been running for more years than i want to remember, now I have significant disc disease atL3/4 and L4/5 and told to stop high impact training, anybody have any advice or experienced this and returned to running
I have been running for 20+ years and completed 18 marathons but my quads tighten on my right leg so much that it put my back out if I persist on and hurts the knee any body any ideas how to avoid this i have already got a lot of massage done on this
Ihave a lump behind my knee and sometimes I feel like my knee is full of fluid was told I might have a baker cyst. Anybody ever had this and what was the outcome?
