Wroot runner. Hi I'm about to follow the 3.45 schedule from runners world. I managed 4.05 in London badly wanted to break 4. I did the Edinburgh marathon 5 weeks after London and did 4.04 and last year in London did 4.03. Maybe in Nottingham I can get sub 4? The way my training is going though who knows? I'm going to start from week 3 on Monday.
Bullit - I thought I would start it early in case I pick up a cold etc. I'm just probably going to repeat a couple of the weeks at some point and just increase the speed I run those miles at.
