Well Done Mykey

I struggled round in around 1:42 at Fenland 10, ran with a club mate, had a nice time and for a training run was ok, for a race not so!

Now looking at plans to smash my 5 mile pb in March!

Morning all, the cough and cold took their revenge on an attempted run this morning.  Managed half a mile round the block before deciding to call it a day, after hacking my way round that and having to walk

Will be knitting this afternoon to perk myself up.

I have a little  book from Amazon arrive today- I can knit my own Olympics!  So am going to make a cuddly Usain Bolt and Haile, then adapt a pattern for a Paula as well

You can see what an exciting life I lead!

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend

Morning all,

Well my knee seems to be improving and settling down, but the cold has taken up residence so no running today

Eviction notice has been served on the cough and hoping it will be enforced by Saturday when I can attempt a gentle mince.

So today will be spent knitting and watching Sliding Doors.

Cheers Mykey, I'll give it a go on Tuesday, is it just running quicker at the end, I always think strides are making longer steps, which is difficult when you're as close to the earths crust as I am, with one leg shorter than the other ( According to Mrs Massage!)
