I've just got one of these delivered from GPSCity in Las Vegas, Amazon.com won't deliver to the UK. They sent it FedEx and it got here in two days. Price was $129.95, and the shipping and insurance it came in at $169ish (about £94 I think) Customs weren't interested so no duty or VAT was levied, BUT you have to buy a tranformer plug in the UK to convert our 240V to the 120v that the US transformer is rated for. I sourced this from a company in Bletchley (nr Milton Keynes) at £17 plus freight etc. Total cost therefore came in at about £120, which I think is good bearing in mind the cheapest I could find was £169 in the UK. I charged it up this morning and went for a walk lunch time, took severeal restarts to locate enough Satelites but now seems OK. I am aiming to use this not only for running but also in the hills on holidays. Will let you know how it goes. Looking forward to the software being available. |

| The additional photos at the bottom are a bit special - remind me of those "serving suggestions" you get on packets/tins of food. |

| Zurich World Rankings computer predicts England by 12 points - here's hoping we finally do it, though I would say I've seen us play better in years that we didn't win..... |
