don't try to compare too much then as people on here are coming from different starting points and have different aims......just keep building up.....you seem to eb doing well......and increase the bike and tackle the hills
cream..you have probably trained...............without any training its easy for some fitish person to do a 5k.........a marathon is another story
there is an official limit but i can't remember what it is.....we have a couple of downhill races as they go down the valleys
a 29 min 5k time isn't that great and if he didn't put in any training then he would not manage more than 7 hrs.....
Pipksi .my first was 4:34 and i didn't have any injury problems in training and managed to run the whole way so you did really well.......
mind you my next few only knocked a few minutes off each time......but 8 years later I am still planning on getting faster
