Taking too much iron can't be good for you
and you do realise there are very few sports physios out there.
there are sports massage people who have various levels of training and experience and they cannot diagnose.....
and you have physios that can diagnose and recommend exercises but have extremely limited training in massage etc.
you have a very few who have studied both...and once again there is no certainty that they can diagnose correctly...
so unless you have a recommendation for a really good one.and they can cost a lot.then maybe the GP is a more sensible option
GP's can refer to nhs physio or for MRI if necessary...for free...incase people cannot afford to pay privately
that was all in the first 30 miles though...it was virtually downhill for the last 26 miles
it only looks like its 3748 ft of climbing....it felt a lot more
