CRAB - Don't think I didn't notice your little pop a few pages back.....
Very little running to report but lots of swimming, rowing and PJ's, and a heck of a lot of eating and Guinness, sees me at 86kg now. Bit scary but feel very good for it.
Got to try and do a decent marathon at some point though.....
Cartman - I always found doing quite a few lengths of back stroke worked a treat for loosening the hip flexors, recommended to me by a physio friend. Really work the legs though, makes sense I suppose as you are moving them in a different way to running and cycling.
