You must be feeling very proud - it sounds like you had a fantastic day, and Paris must be a beautiful marathon to run.
Good idea planning a holiday for directly afterwards - I like the way you think! Hope that you enjoyed it and it helped you recover from the race.
I didn't run FLM this year - I applied for a place in the ballot, but didn't get through. I'd gone all out for a Charity in 2006 and couldn't go through that again this year, so it was ballot or nothing. Sadly it was nothing, so I was horribly depressed around marathon time this year!! I did lurk around Tower Bridge though and handed out bananas to the very hot looking runners.
